Below are the steps that will taken for the Prototype 2 project as part of research and design:

0. Develop a baseline for what the car can do with a standard rabbit 1.5l Diesel motor-(BioDiesel/veggie oil, no turbo).
0. Modify all of the lighting systems and wiring harnesses to implement LED technologies and document power savings.
0. The vehicle will serve as a test bed for the following:
   • 3 phase AC powered motors
   • Nickel medal hydride/lithium ion batteries
   • Regenerative braking
   • AC controller modifications
   • Linear motion recapture 
   • Flexible solar cell implementation
   • Thermal recapture
0. Add turbo to the engine and measure the efficiency of the overall system.
